Tuesday Only Special – Gro-clock

How do you get your children to understand when it’s time to get up? Simple: “Stay in bed until you see the sun!”

This Gro-clock uses fun images of the stars and sun to communicate when to go back to sleep and when it’s time to get up. Parents set the clock to display a cheerful smiley sun at progressively later times of morning, training the child to get up only once they “see the sun”.

For TODAY ONLY (Tuesday, April 16) the amazing Gro-clock is listed at $34.99!! (a $15 savings!)

Cute, right?  Here’s how you make one…

In Celebration of Trees

On Sunday, the boys and I were walking along a local trail and we found a broken tree branch with some buds on it. We took it home and stuck it in some water — and it is already starting to sprout leaves. Exciting, right? Read more…
